The Robin is found in North America. Robins live in gardens,woods and farmland. They use their feet to perch and they use their wings to fly and use their beaks to carry food and nesting material. They have a red chest, yellow beaks, gray bodies, and a black head. They are 23-28 cm tall. Robins often live for 5-6 years if they survive the first year. They are active in the day. Their predators are hawks, snakes, and cats. Some Robins migrate to Cuba and Jamaica. Some stay during winter. Their eggs hatch during the months of April through July.
